Works have finished on the first Hungarian unit of Intretech in Kapuvár

Production has started in the first Hungarian plant of the Chinese electronics giant Xiamen Intretech The EUR 28.75 million investment did not only contribute to the installation of intelligent, highly automated Industry 4.0 technologies in the newly built production plant, but also created 200 new jobs. The second phase of the investment, which will involve the construction of a second production plant, will commence in 2020.

Xiamen Intretech, with its headquarters in Xiamen, was founded in May 2011. The Chinese electronics company focuses, among others, on intelligent solutions (smart home, control, consumer electronics goods), robot systems and automation, giving work to some 3,700 people worldwide.

Contributed by WINK, the investment brought Xiamen Intretech to Hungary as a Chinese giant actively engaged in intelligent solutions, robot systems and automation. The production plant, which was built in the first phase, will manufacture subassemblies and final assembly components for the automotive and electronics industry and many more.
